Example weekly content calendar with a filmable idea for each day
A real week from a calendar — this is what lands in your inbox.

What lands in your inbox.

Reels, carousels and posts — researched and written for you, not generated. For UK shops, cafés, salons, gyms, restaurants, hotels, pubs, trades, clinics and anyone else serving people in person.

8+ fresh ideas every fortnight

At least 16 filmable ideas a month, dropped in fortnightly batches so nothing goes stale and you're never staring at a blank calendar.

Researched, not generated

Your industry, your competitors, your customers, and what's genuinely working on socials right now — all fed into ideas built for your goals.

Filming and editing guides

Tailored to the time you've got, the kit you own and the staff you can rope in. Plain English, step by step, no jargon.

Made to sell, not just to post

Every idea is pointed at something useful: getting people through the door, onto the booking page, or into the basket.

  • 15 years in content marketing
  • Based in East Sussex, working UK-wide

Here's one, exactly as it arrives.

No vague prompts. Every idea comes as a recipe card — the idea itself, how to film it and how to edit it, written for your business, not for businesses in general.

Example BAM recipe card for a cafe: a Monday post idea called Get a Vibe, with how to film and how to edit steps

You get at least 16 of these a month, all built around your products, your seasons and your quiet periods.

Not AI slop.

You could ask a chatbot for 30 video ideas in ten seconds. You'd get 30 versions of "show behind the scenes" that every other business in town is also being told to post.

Generic ideas
  • Same list everyone else gets
  • No idea what you actually sell
  • Trends that peaked six months ago
  • No plan behind any of it
Your BAM calendar
  • Written after a proper conversation with you
  • Built on your products, seasons and quiet periods
  • Trends checked fortnightly, not recycled
  • Every idea tied to a business objective

Who's writing these

I'm Bex. In 2011 I set up a content marketing agency that grew to dozens of staff and reached tens of millions of readers a month.

When video took over, I closed it and built my own social enterprise brand — now 28k followers and over a million organic views a month, with zero ad spend, all from content I planned and filmed myself.

I've also taught dozens of small business owners at in-person events — hooks, funnels, and how to make content that actually converts rather than just gets watched.

So your calendar isn't a list scraped off a chatbot. It's written by someone who has spent fifteen years working out what makes people stop scrolling and think, "I need to buy from them."

Once you're in, your first fortnight of ideas lands within 5 working days.

  4. 4
    Fresh ideas every fortnight

At least 8 new ideas every two weeks — minimum 16 a month — so it never goes stale.

Is it right for you?

If you've got something physical to film — a product, a space, a service happening in front of people — this works brilliantly.

Made for
  • Shops and product-based businesses
  • Cafés, restaurants and pubs
  • Hotels, B&Bs and holiday lets
  • Gyms, studios and clubs
  • Spas, salons and clinics
  • Trades and in-person services
Probably not for
  • Coaches and consultants
  • Expert-led personal brands
  • Anything that lives on face-to-camera talking heads
  • Purely digital or e-commerce-only businesses

I'd rather tell you now than take your money and hand you ideas you can't film.

Want it filmed and edited for you instead? See the filming and editing packages.

The kind of content these ideas turn into.

I filmed and edited these ones myself. On the calendar you film them — but the thinking behind each idea, and the guides that come with it, come from exactly the same place.

  • Pooh Corner
  • Sky Garden
  • Chefs Table Grazing
  • An Airbnb in Cornwall

Questions.

Do you film anything for me?
Not on this one. The content calendar is for businesses happy to film and post themselves — you get the ideas plus guides on how to shoot and edit them. If you'd rather hand the whole thing over, the filming and editing packages on the main site cover that.
What if I don't have time to film?
Most ideas take under 15 minutes and happen during something you're already doing — opening up, prepping, serving. The guides are written around the time you've actually got, and if a week is a write-off, the ideas keep for the next one.
What if the ideas don't suit my business?
We have the call before you pay a penny. If I don't think I can write a calendar that works for you, I'll tell you on that call rather than take your money. After that, tell me what's not landing and the next fortnight gets adjusted.
How is this different from just asking ChatGPT?
ChatGPT gives you generic prompts based on what everyone else has already posted. I watch what's trending this fortnight, look at your actual products, your quiet periods and your local area, and write ideas you can actually make in the time you have available. It's also written by someone whose own content does over a million organic views a month — a chatbot has never had to make a video perform.
How quickly do I get my first ideas?
Within 5 working days of paying, once we've had our chat.
How many ideas do I actually get?
At least 8 every fortnight, so a minimum of 16 a month. Often more when there's a trend worth jumping on.
What happens on the call?
We go through your business, your products or services, your busy and quiet periods, who buys from you and what you want more of. That's what the calendar is built on.
Is it in person or online?
Whichever suits. If you're local to East Sussex, West Sussex or Kent I'm happy to come to you. Otherwise we'll do it on a video call.
Can I cancel?
Yes — it's rolling monthly. Cancel whenever it's no longer useful.
Why only 20 spots?
Because each calendar is genuinely researched and written for one business. Past 20, the personal bit stops being possible — so the cap is real, not a sales tactic.
